He also has to have the skill and experience to teach and transfer his knowledge to other people as this part of the job definitely requires much practice. A librarian, on one hand, requires organizational and managerial skills. A university registrar also needs managerial and supervision skills. Like the librarian, he must also be good in documentation and organization. Each job position entails a course requirement and undertaking a particular course for each specific job would be a preference by most employers. Lastly, experience for a particular position will definitely be a plus factor. Being well aware of the job positions available will definitely help you in deciding on what job is most suited for you.
